Please read the terms thoroughly and carefully. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, then you may not access or use our services.

  • Our Services. We teach digital signal and image processing courses to students globally. 
  • Our Website. We provide our services through our website located at www.mindlabexcelusa.com. The website contains pages related to the curriculum, how we assist students to get internships, jobs, and further studies.  
  • Our Proprietary Rights. mindLab Excel alone shall own all right, title and interest, including all related Intellectual Property Rights, in and to our Services, including the educational material that is being taught. Our Agreement is not a sale and does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to our services, or the Intellectual Property Rights owned by mindLab Excel Accordingly, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from any of our content. Use of the mindLab Excel content for any purpose not expressly permitted by this agreement is strictly prohibited. mindLab Excel shall also own all rights, title, and interest to any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations, or other information provided by you or any other party relating to our services.


  • Privacy. We care about the privacy of our Clients. You understand that by using our services, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information including your name, email id, college, the degree you are pursuing, and will only be used to identify what the Client needs are to the service providers. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms in our Privacy Policy.


  • Indemnification and Release. You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold mindLab Excel and its associates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms.


  • Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MINDLAB EXCEL AND ITS EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE. NOTABLY, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOU WHILE USING OUR SERVICES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MINDLAB EXCEL ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF REQUESTS OR CONTENT; (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICE. 


  • Entire Agreement. These Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and mindLab Excel. They supersede any prior negotiations, discussions, or agreements, whether written or oral, between you and mindLab Excel regarding the subject matter contained in these Terms of Use. 


  • Severability. If any portion of these terms is found to be void or unenforceable, it shall be struck from the record, and the remaining provisions will retain their full force and effect.


  • Waiver. Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these terms shall not effect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. 


  • Governing Law. These Terms of Use and the relationship between you and mindLab Excel will be governed by the laws of the state of California, USA. You agree and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in state of California, USA and waive any defense of lack of personal jurisdiction or improper venue or forum to a claim brought in such court, mindLab Excel will elect, in its sole discretion, to litigate the action in their county and state where mindLab Excel is located. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out or related to your use of the service or these Terms of Use shall be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action and no later.
